Appointments

To ensure a relaxing experience for all, appointments are required. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

You can book your appointment online, via phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Don’t worry if you’re running a few minutes late. We’ll hold your spot for up to 10 minutes. If you’re delayed further, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment time may be shortened.

CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULE

Life happens, and we understand that. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice.

Group Booking

Planning a spa day with your girlfriends? How exciting! For groups of four or more, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

If there’s a last-minute change, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your group and find alternative arrangements.

Refund & Exchanges

We want you to leave our spa feeling blissful, so if you’re not satisfied with your treatment, please let us know immediately. We’ll work together to find a solution that puts a smile back on your face.

Refunds are subject to management approval, and we may offer alternative services or credits toward future visits as a gesture of goodwill.
